Our P&C exists to enhance
the El Arish State School experience of our children by involving their
families and friends in our school community. Membership of the P&C
will need to be renewed each year. This can be done electronically through the
school website.
Our P&C works together to
provide a successful and well-organised structure to provide opportunities for
all members of our school community to participate in activities and support El Arish State School. Parents and community members can achieve a better understanding of the
inner workings of our school by attending meetings or helping with important
school services our P&C provide. Our tuckshop, uniform shop and other
fundraising events are organised throughout the year and are run by the P&C
team and volunteers.
Our P&C Executive Team is
made up of ordinary parents just like you, who have taken on voluntary
leadership roles to engage teams of parents and citizens to turn P&C
goals into realities. The Executive establishes a plan of action for the
year ahead and works to encourage a high level of participation from our
parents and citizens group.
Joining the P&C is as
simple as filling out a membership form. As some families cannot attend
meetings this membership will provide you with a monthly email of our meeting
minutes. Our meeting dates and times are advertised in the school newsletter and
via the P&C Facebook page.
